The first step is to check the pricing page to see if our culling services may work for you. Next see the FAQ to answer most of the questions you may have. After that use our contact form to provide us with your basic information. We then send you a detailed questionnaire to learn more about your needs. We schedule a call and talk further. If we feel we are a match you send us 5 completed galleries so we truly understand your work and we get started making your life easier.

We will start by using Lightroom Catalogs with smart previews. We will teach you how to do this step, it is extremely easy. There is a way to use photomechanic that is slightly more complicated. We prefer PM but start with LR to keep things easy for everyone! We can decide after a few projects what method is better for you. You follow our simple tips and tricks to upload your catalog, send us an email with important notes about the day like grandmas bracelet was import, bride is self conscious about chin, the private moment with dad was not well lit but is very important ect. We cull based on your preferences and send a smaller, more compact file back to you. In LR we flag with one star so you can quickly go back to unselected files and check something if needed. You will see on our pricing page that we also have an option where we will directly upload to your AI editing so that you can receive culled and edited gallery back from them.

You have a completed gallery and hours of your life back. Each time we complete a gallery together in the beginning we ask for your feedback. This is a highly personalized service and we understand it may take time to become completely in-sync . Art is subjective and we want to learn your style. At the end of every week we send out invoices for all completed and delivered jobs.
