As the owner, photographer, social media poster, marketing executive, culler, editor, scheduler and book keeper of LeAnna Theresa Photography out of New Jersey for 15 years I fully understand how hard it is to maintain your wedding and portrait business. Over the years I tried hiring help for all of my post work and it was never the right fit for me. It was too complicated, not the quality I expected or too time consuming. I couldn't find what I wanted so I created it and this is how Three 28 was born.
My husband Dylan and I were married on March 28th, hence the name Three 28. We are both small business owners who always have done all of the work, all of the time, all by ourselves for each of our businesses . Why was finding someone that was reliable, trustworthy and responsive so hard in both of our separate fields ? We decided to create a service to help the one place I was comfortable letting go of some creative control that was a huge time restraint: culling. From day one we knew our plan was to only accept a few clients from each geographic region so that we were never inundated at one time so that we could serve people with different peak seasons. I understand what can be salvaged if needed, what aspects are important and what a complete gallery should look like.
When we aren't working you can usually find us on an adventure somewhere with our daughter or scrolling Netflix debating what to watch. If it's Sunday Dylan is most likely watching the Eagles and I am scrolling Pinterest for a recipe I have the best intentions on making but will probably never get to!
